About Us
Book To Bali is an online tour service provider in Indonesia, comprising a team of local Bali drivers and tour experts based in Bali. Our website is https://booktobali.com.
Booking Conditions
By making tour bookings on our website or purchasing any activities offered by Book To Bali, you warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation.
- You accept and agree to all the terms presented herein.
- All information provided by you for the booking is true, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHERS:
If you make a booking for anyone other than yourself, you are considered the designated contact person for those other travelers. You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to act on their behalf, have obtained all required consents, and will inform them of these terms, ensuring that they accept and agree to them. You are also responsible for making all payments due for your booking, notifying us of any changes or cancellations, and keeping the other travelers informed of all information relevant to your trip.
CONFIRMATION:
Upon receiving your booking and deposit, we will confirm the availability of all components and send you a confirmation email within 1–2 business days. If any selected option or component is unavailable, we will notify you and offer the option to modify your booking or to cancel and receive a refund of your payment.
Prices and availability are subject to change until your booking is confirmed. Once confirmed, your package price will not change, with some exceptions listed under Confirmation.
All advertised prices and costs are in Indonesian Rupiah currency unless otherwise noted.
Terms of Payment
DEPOSITS:
A deposit, paid via one of our accepted payment methods, is required to secure your custom tour booking or private car rental (minibus or large bus), which will be applied toward the cost of your package.
FULL PAYMENT:
Full payment is automatically required for online booking of tour packages, activities, or attraction tickets, paid via one of our accepted payment methods.
PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept payments for your deposit, balance due, and full payment by the following methods:
- Visa, MasterCard, and JCB: These cards can be used for booking or making a payment via our website or when we create the invoice. The payment will be processed through our payment gateway partner, Xendit.
- PayPal: Payments can be made via PayPal in US$ currency through invoice. You will be redirected to the PayPal site and required to log into your account or as a guest during the process.
- Wise: Payments can be made via wire transfer to our Indonesian bank account through Wise for instant processing.
CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS:
Currency exchange rates fluctuate. Prices are subject to change based on currency exchange rate fluctuations. Book To Bali is not responsible for surcharges or foreign transaction fees imposed by your credit card or bank.
Booking Cancellation
CANCELLATION BY YOU: If you elect to cancel your booking for any reason, you must notify us in writing. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Full refunds are eligible for cancellations made at least 30 days before the trip date.
- 50% refunds apply for cancellations made at least 7 days before the trip date.
- No refunds apply for cancellations made 3 days before the trip date, no-shows, or any unused part of the tour(s).
- All admission tickets for activities and attractions are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION BY US:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any departure due to insufficient demand, unsafe conditions, events beyond our control (force majeure), or any other reason. If we cancel a booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternate tour dates or a full refund. We also reserve the right to cancel a specific booking or remove a specific traveler at our discretion, refunding all payments made.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings for anyone refusing to comply with our terms & conditions, violating local laws (https://booktobali.com/local-law), or posing a threat to our customers, tour guides/drivers, third-party businesses, or subcontractors. Such cancellations will be without any refund. Discrimination against a customer or a tour guide/driver for any reason is not acceptable under any circumstance.
We are not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses incurred as a result of a canceled booking, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of enjoyment, or the cost of any connecting flights, accommodations, airport transportation, visas, document fees, vaccinations, or other services you may purchase dependent upon the operation of your trip.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed and paid as promptly as possible. If we need to recover funds already paid to our partners for your services, your refund will be issued after those funds have been recovered. Most refunds are processed within six weeks of being requested. Refunds for payments made by credit card will be credited to the same card, provided the refund does not exceed the amount paid on the card.
Insurances
Please note that individual travel insurance is not included in the tour price, and all medical costs and other expenses must be paid for by the client. We recommend that you carry travel insurance or equivalent coverage. Should you fail to secure such travel insurance coverage prior to your travel, you accept full responsibility for yourself and all members of your party and indemnify Book To Bali and their supplier partners for any and all costs that may arise.
Your Information & Privacy
PRIVACY POLICY:
When you make a booking, we require certain personal information. When you use our website (https://www.booktobali.com/), send an email via the contact form, chat on WhatsApp, or interact with us in other ways, we may collect additional information as described in our Privacy Policy (https://booktobali.com/privacy-policy/). By using our website, booking tours with us, or submitting any personal information to us, you indicate your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
REQUIRED INFORMATION:
To make a booking, we require certain personal information, including the full legal name, email address, and mobile phone number for each traveler as required by law and/or reasonably required to enable us and our suppliers to provide your purchased tour products and services. We request a phone number and email address for all other travelers, except for minors and family members who live together at the same address, to reach you and your travel companions in case of last-minute itinerary changes or emergencies. For each traveler, we also require the name and contact information of a designated emergency contact person who is not traveling. You are responsible for verifying that any information you provide for yourself and on behalf of other travelers in your booking is complete and accurate. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any errors or omissions in the information you have provided to us or any fees or damages related to such errors or omissions.
IMAGES & MARKETING:
While participating in any of our packages, images, photos, or videos may be taken by us, our suppliers, partners, or other participants that may contain or feature you. You consent to any such pictures being taken and grant a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to us, our contractors, sub-contractors, and assigns, to reproduce for any purpose whatsoever (including marketing, promotions, and the creation of promotional materials by or with sub-licensees), in any medium whatsoever, whether currently known or hereinafter devised, without any further obligation or compensation payable to you.
Miscellaneous
These terms represent the entire agreement between travelers and Book To Bali. There is no additional liability.
If any provision of these terms is so broad as to be unenforceable, such provision will be interpreted to be only so broad as is enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision hereof will in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
These terms will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties and their respective heirs, legal and personal representatives, executors, estate trustees, successors, and assigns. In the event that some other person or entity seeks compensation for claims from which you have released us from liability by agreeing to these terms, you (or your estate) will indemnify and hold harmless Book To Bali for all sums reasonably incurred in response to such claims, including our reasonable attorney costs and fees.
We reserve the right to update or alter these terms at any time. We will post amendments to these terms on our website at https://booktobali.com/terms-conditions, and any amendment will take effect immediately upon posting.
We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to our website (https://www.booktobali.com/) and the products and services we offer, at any time and for any reason.
